Control Cells are currently offered through Phoenix Flow Systems for several important applications in flow or image cytometry. These products have well-defined labeling characteristics and are used to assess reagent performance. This eliminates guesswork in the interpretation of results and is an important element of overall quality control. All of the control cells are stable in the refrigerator/freezer for a minimum of six months.
 CD-34 control cell products contain a mixture of preserved cells that are 50% CD34-Positiv and 50% CD34-Negative CD-34.
 TdT control cell products contain a mixture of preserved cells that are 50% TdT Positive and 50% TdT Negative.
 HLA-B27 control cell products contain preserved cells that are 100% HLA-B27 Positive.
 Apoptosis Positive control cells product contains preserved cells that were treated with an apoptosis inducing agent prior to preservation and so contain a substantial percentage of apoptotic cells.
Cell Proliferation control cells product contains preserved cells that were grown in the presence of BrdU.
